Looking to stay Fit for 2024? Our classes will not only teach you these Mixed Martial Arts they will improve your strength, cardio, health, cut that fat off fast and you will not only be taught by the best you will meet the best group of friends hands up.
Depending on the classes you take when you start training you will only need the following equipment.\
Boxing class: Boxing gloves or Muay Thai gloves, mouthguard and handwraps.
Jiu Jitsu class Gi: A Gi that fits you and a belt to your rank
Jiu Jitsu Class No Gi: Gym style workout clothes
Kickboxing and Muay Thai Classes: Boxing / Muay Thai gloves, Mouthguard, and handwraps, Shin gaurds and handwraps a recommended but not required.
