SCHAUMBURG classes

Our Schaumburg locations offers 2,500 square feet of mat space, with dedicated areas for our

boxing classes, muay thai classes, kickboxing classes and jiu-jitsu classes.

This large space comes in handy for hosting seminars with the latest and greatest in boxing, muay thai, kickboxing and the jiu-jitsu competition scene.

We have the most mat space of any team in the Chicagoland area!

INTERMEDIATE JIU JITSU CLASS

TAUGHT BY INSTRUCTOR: JASON SULLINS 

Class description: This Jiu Jitsu class focuses on Main Jiu Jitsu moves, guards, sweeps and there proper form and execution. Students will learn to have these moves and guards in there muscle memory until its like riding a bike. Student will increase there fitness, increase cardio, increase strength both physical and mental.

FUNDAMENTAL JIU JITSU CLASS

TAUGHT BY INSTRUCTOR: DEBBIE ROARTY 

Class description:   Focused on Jiu Jitsu Fundamentals and moves. Students will learn proper base and form for Jiu Jitsu along with muscle memory Jiu Jitsu moves. Students will have weight loss, increased mental and physical strength.

BOXING CLASS

TAUGHT BY INSTRUCTOR: DEAN MANGANO 

Class description:  This boxing class is for beginner and advanced boxing students . It focuses on boxing form, boxing stance and boxing combinations. You will gain strength, lose fat and weight, improve reflexes and gain metal strength and focus.

Class description: Advanced Jiu Jitsu class focuses on advanced Brazlian Jiu Jitsu moves and defense. Students will learn some of he most advanced Jiu Jitsu moves known. Students will also get extreme boosts in there cardio, Have fat loss and increase muscle and mental strength..

Note: This is a high cardio class

NO-GI JIU JITSU CLASS

Class description: This Jiu Jitsu class is for beginners and advanced no Gi Jiu Jitsu students. It will focus on basic no Gi Jiu Jitsu moves and advanced no gi moves. Students will improve cardio, strength, fitness, weight loss and metal strength.

Class description: This Boxing Class is a High conditioning and boxing class. Students will learn boxing combinations along with high cardio conditioning. Students will highly improve there cardio for boxing. Students will gain strength both mental and physical, Highly improve there fitness, loose fat and lower there fat percentage, Increase there reflexes and speed. 

Notes: This is a high Cardio conditioning class. ALL BOXING TEAM MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND

Class description: Team Alliance Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Training for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitions and meets. Students will get the most advanced in training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the most advanced detailed Jiu Jitsu moves known in Jiu Jitsu,
